Melinda Hawley, LCSW
Melinda ('Doc') Hawley is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who has been in private practice since June 2005. The practice, Awareness to Wellness Counseling, is located at The Athens Center for Emotional Healing.
Her work is collaborative and guided by client strengths, values, and perspectives. Primary treatment areas: anxiety (panic, worry, phobias, obsessions and compulsions), stress reduction, relationship dynamics (including couple/partner therapy), impulse-control difficulties,substance abuse and related family issues, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder, mood(instability, depression), and sleep disturbance.
